The City Clerk’s office functions as the primary source of information about the City and maintains the official records of the City.  Public records requests may be made to this office. Fees for copies are governed by Florida Statutes. A deposit may be required prior to processing the request. If you would like to request a public record, you may contact this office by calling (352) 394-3598 ext. 2100 or emailing cstidham@minneola.us.

The Clerk’s office is also responsible for Council meetings agendas and minutes, election qualification for Council seats, business tax receipting, rental licensing, garage sale permitting, and legal notices.

For Questions regarding passports, marriage licenses, or traffic citations call the Lake County Clerk of Court at (352) 394-2018 or visit their website at the link above. Their office is located in the front office of Minneola City Hall.
