Dear Minneola Resident,
As part of the City’s NPDES permit through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), the City has implemented measures to provide educational materials to the public in order to reduce the amount of storm water pollution introduced into the natural waterways as well as to perform public outreach in order to involve the public in the process.
STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PRESENTATION:
The City held a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Presentation at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, MAY 20, 2008, at CITY HALL in the COUNCIL CHAMBERS. The public was invited to attend the presentation. Bo Reardon of Tetra Tech presented a PowerPoint presentation on sources of storm water pollution and ways to prevent them. Below are links to the presentation and pamphlets of interest.
