Rules and Regulations

Garbage

· Do not mix with yard waste or recycle

· No more than 5 feet from the curb

· Do not exceed 40 pounds

· Do not exceed 32 gallon cans

· Must be containerized

· Unacceptable Materials

   (hazardous waste, paint and chemicals including pool chemicals that can cause a potential hazard to someone’s health)

Yard Waste

· Do not mix with garbage or recycle

· No more than 5 feet from the curb

· Do not exceed 40 pounds

· Must be tied, bundled, and grass clippings bagged and set at the curb.

· Must not exceed 4 ft in length per branch

· Must not exceed 6 inches in diameter per branch

Recyclable Materials

· News papers, cardboard, aluminum cans, glass bottles/jars

Plastics code 1 and 2 (which holds liquid)

· No plastic bags, or Styrofoam

· Do not mix garbage and recycle

Holidays

· Independence Day

· Labor Day

· Memorial Day

· Thanksgiving Day

· Christmas Day

· New Years Day
