E-Pay Number:  = The number of the utility account in your bill
Name on Card:  = Name showing on the credit card
Billing Address:  = The local City address using utility services
Billing Zip:  = The zip code for the credit card is billed
Phone Number:  = Contact phone number in case of a problem
Email Address:  = Contact email address
Card Number:  = The number on the credit card     VisaMastercardAmerican ExpressDiscover
Credit Card Exp. Date   = The expiration date on the credit card
Payment Amount:  = The payment amount you are making
   

 

THERE IS A CONVENIENCE FEE ADDED TO YOUR TRANSACTION. FAILURE TO PAY THE ENTIRE AMOUNT DUE, INCLUDING THE CONVENIENCE FEE, MAY RESULT IN SERVICE BEING DISCONNECTED.

Convenience fee tiers:
$00.01 to $50 ---- $2.00
$50.01 to $100 -- $2.95
100.01 to $200 -- $4.95
200.01 to $300 -- $6.95
300.01 to $400 -- $8.95
Continue adding $2.00 for each incremental $100 range.
Your fee will be available for your review before you submit payment.
