·        View and Pay your utility bill online.

·        Lower fees for our online payment options.

Web Inquiry and Payment Portal (WIPP)

WIPP is a website for users to access their utility account balance information online. If you choose, payments towards those balances can also be made online.
  • 4 periods of Utility Billing info (including meter reads & usage)
  • Utility records stored on one screen for easy inquiry
  • Secured payments via Link2Gov (www.link2gov.com)
  • Hosted by Edmunds & Associates, Inc.
Convenience Fee

This will be available for our customers starting August 01, 2012.

A pin will be provided in your bill. You will need this pin in order to access the account. There will be a convenience fee when making a payment.  The convenience fee is charged by the service provider, Edmund’s & Associates, Inc., and the City does not retain these fees.  The fees are as follows:

STAR Pinless Debit Card     $2.47
