Billing


DUE DATES - The City of Minneola has two billing cycles.  Cycle one is due on the 10th of each month.  Cycle two is due on the 24th of each month.

LATE FEE - If the account remains unpaid as of 5:00 p.m. on the due date, a 10% fee will be assessed to the unpaid balance. *Please Note: If your due date falls on a non-business day, please make arrangements to have the bill paid on or before the due date.

DISCONNECTION - Accounts that are past due may be subject to disconnection at any time. There will be a $25.00 fee if services are disconnected for nonpayment. There is an additional $100.00 fee if services need to be reconnected after-hours.  

E-BILLS - To receive your utility bill sooner and reduce the chances of it becoming lost in the mail, customers can sign up to receive to have their bill emailed.  Click Here to download the E-Bill Form

REDUCE YOUR WATER BILL - Customers, especially those buying a new home, should check the timing of their irrigation/sprinkler system to avoid excessive use and high water bills.

Payments


OPTIONS - Utility payments can be paid via cash, check, debit card, or credit card in person at the utility billing office during normal business hours, dropped off in one of two drop boxes after normal business hours, mailed, or online.  We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

IN-PERSON - The utility billing office is located inside of Minneola City Hall, 800 North U.S. Highway 27, Minneola, FL 34715.

AFTER-HOURS -   There are two after-hours drop boxes.  The drive up box is located in the front parking lot of City Hall.  The walk-up box is located at the rear entrance to City Hall.

ONLINE - Click Here to Make an Online Payment.  Please have your account number or utility bill available when paying online.  There is a convenience fee for online payments.  This fee is charged by the online payment service provider.  The City of Minneola does not retain any portion of the convenience fee.

CONVENIENCE FEES FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS - E-Check $0.60; Credit Card $2.45 per $100.00

Water Base Charge*:$7.00*

Stormwater Service Fee:$4.00
Garbage Collection Fee:$23.41 (Residential)
Garbage Collection Fee:$49.50 (Commercial)

*The water base rate is for customers located inside of the City.  Customers located outside of the City have an additional 25% surcharge on their water and sewer rates.
