Emergency Rental Assistance Program

Starting today, Monday, February 22nd, at 2:00 p.m., Minneola residents can apply for rental assistance through the Emergency Rental Assistance Program provided by Lake County. Registration for the program will close on Sunday, March 21st, at 11:59 p.m.

The Emergency Rental Assistance Program is available for Minneola residents who meet the following criteria:

• Must live in Lake County

• Must be a renter

• Rent must be past due

• Must have a documented financial hardship as a result of COVID-19

• Total household income for 2020 must meet the following income requirements:

1                            Less than $40,750

2                            Less than $46,550

3                            Less than $52,350

4                            Less than $58,150

5                            Less than $62,850

6                            Less than $67,500

7                            Less than $72,150

8                            Less than $76,800

9                            Less than $81,424

10                          Less than $86,077
