The City Clerk’s office functions as the primary source of information about the City and maintains the official records of the City. Public records requests may be made to this office. Fees for copies are governed by Florida Statutes. A deposit may be required prior to processing the request. If you would like to request a public record, you may contact this office by calling (352) 394-3598 ext. 111 or emailing kthompson@minneola.us.
The Clerk’s office is also responsible for council meeting agendas and minutes, election qualification for council seats, business tax receipting, rental licensing, garage sale permitting, and legal notices.
