Utility Customer Service

A program of the Finance Department, the Utility Billing Department provides utility customers with the following:

• Initiating and terminating customer services, as needed
• Providing account information and solutions to its customers
• Timely notification of monthly consumption results through a computerized billing system
• Processing cash, check, MasterCard, or American Express payments

The City provides water and sewer service to city and non-city residents.  Additionally, the Department administers and oversees the City’s residential garbage and recycling services provided by a private provider under a franchise agreement.  The Department also administers the monthly stormwater customer charge.
