Be Safe and Make Sure to Follow the State Law for Low Speed Vehicles
Posted on: August 16, 2020 - 5:38pm
Did You Know?
The State of Florida allows what are called "Low Speed Vehicles" (L.S.V.) to be operated by licensed drivers on roadways with a posted speed limit of 35 M.P.H. or less. A vehicle must meet specific safety and insurance requirements to be considered a L.S.V.
Please be safe and make sure your vehicle meets the L.S.V. requirements, is operated by a licensed driver at all times, and is not driving on roadways with posted speed limits over 35 M.P.H.
